In frying pan, heat up vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Trim pork roast and sear until browned, about 3-5 minutes per side.
In crock pot, combine Stokes Green Chile Sauce and Mango Nectar. Add seasonings and stir.
Add browned pork roast. Cook on high, 6-8 hours, until tender.
