The green chiles used in our sauces come from the Hatch Valley in New Mexico. Many people refer to the Hatch Valley as the chile capital of the United States. Grown at a 4,000 ft. elevation, the rich soil, hot days and cool nights help the chile peppers develop their wonderful texture and flavor.

HOW DO I USE IT?

There are so many ways to pour on the flavor! You can add it to your favorite meals for a fun kick, use it as an enchilada sauce, or even top your burger with green chile goodness. The possibilities are endless! Make your favorite dish with a little southwestern flair!

Grew up on this but moved from Colorado to Oklahoma in 95. No stores sell and when you go to a restaurant and ask for green sauce they bring you red very disappointed. Now we have to order online. Love it.

Does it get any better? We love this stuff. Just bought a case online since we cant find it in Texas after moving from Denver. We were in Denver a few months back on vacation and brought some home. mmm good.

This is my go to sauce for putting on rice, eggs, casseroles, and enchiladas. Smooth, thick, almost creamy tomato based sauce, just a slight step above mild, but not too spicy, but packed with green chile flavor. Mixes in well with cheese to make fundido or queso dip.
