This is my go to sauce for putting on rice, eggs, casseroles, and enchiladas. Smooth, thick, almost creamy tomato based sauce, just a slight step above mild, but not too spicy, but packed with green chile flavor. Mixes in well with cheese to make fundido or queso dip.
