- 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 (15 oz.) can Stokes Green Chile Sauce with Pork and Jalapenos
- Corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Stir Stokes Green Chile Sauce with Pork and Jalapenos and cheeses together.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced jalapeno peppers.
- Enjoy with corn tortilla chips
