Shipping Information

Stokes Canning Company uses FedEx and UPS for all of our product shipping. Shipping charges are $14.95 for each 6 and 12 pack case for all domestic orders, except Alaska and Hawaii which are higher.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, we do! Applicable shipping charges will apply.

Is international shipping available?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

May I pick up my order to save shipping?

Unfortunately, due to packaging and processing logistics, this option is not available. All orders are shipped using FedEx and UPS.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders placed through our secure on-line payment process are shipped within 2-3 days of payment on the next business day.

What about product damage?

Each order is hand packed. We strive to make certain that the cans you ordered arrive undamaged. However, due to the weight of the product (a case of 12 cans will weigh approximately 15 lbs.), occasionally some cans may end up dented. This is not a product safety issue unless the can seam is dented and leaking or the can is swollen. If you receive a shipment with unusable product, please contact us and we will arrange to ship replacement product to you.

Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday as we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
