Ingredients
3 lbs pork roast
1 can Stokes Green Chile Sauce with Pork and Jalapenos
32 oz vegetable stock
16 oz mango nectar
¼ cup chili powder
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp dried onions
2 tbsp coarse Dijon mustard
12 tortilla
additional toppinsonions, lettuce, tomato. queso fresco, etc..

In frying pan, heat up vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Trim pork roast and sear until browned, about 3-5 minutes per side.

In crock pot, combine Stokes Green Chile Sauce and Mango Nectar. Add seasonings and stir.

Add browned pork roast. Cook on high, 6-8 hours, until tender.
